Motors, control units, batteries and remotes are covered for 5 years from the date of installation. Battery wands are warrantied for normal use; rechargeable batteries are consumable after 3 years.
Windproof outdoor blinds, zip-track systems and pergola fabrics are covered for 3 years against UV degradation, wind damage up to rated wind class, and mechanical failure.
Our installation work is guaranteed for the life of the product in your home. If a bracket loosens or a track shifts, we'll fix it at no charge across the Calgary & surrounding service area.
Damage from impact, misuse, commercial use, alterations, exposure beyond rated environmental limits, or normal wear of consumable parts (cords, batteries, magnets).
